Custom formulation takes about 3 months; production then follows the same MOQ (5,000 packs per SKU, negotiable to 3,000) and CoA-per-batch release.

Can any ingredient be used?
No. The draft stays within what the factory can source and manufacture. Suitability for a European market is the importer’s assessment.
Is a custom formula exclusive?
Exclusivity, if any, is written into the agreement. It is not assumed.
When is a sample made?
Samples are discussed after the specification is clear. Timing is part of the quotation, not a standing promise.
